AdBlue Technology – we are developing the future!

Modern AdBlue tank systems are the basis for active reduction of emissions in diesel vehicles. The water-based urea solution is stored in an additional tank. This solution is then sprayed into the interior of the catalytic converter via a dosing valve. The urea then separates into water and ammonia, which subsequently reacts on the active surface of the catalytic converter with the nitrogen oxides and forms nitrogen and water. Hereby a conversion rate of up to 97% is achieved – ensuring a "green" future.
